Natalie Clevinger has won the Innovation Award for UT Medical Center, awarded for her work on the recruitment team for the past two years.

Natalie says she can’t believe she was chosen out of 8,000 team members. She created “Chat with Nat,” a social media tool in which she reaches out to potential job candidates by highlighting employee experiences.

Dr. Keith Gray, president of UT Medical Center, called to congratulate her. She said she works with the most intelligent, compassionate and inspiring people in health care. Natalie also gave high praise to Lara Kennedy, who has mentored her in her position.

Natalie lives in Halls with her husband, Matt, and infant daughter, Eva, but grew up in Fountain City.  She is daughter of Daryl and the Rev. Lyn Oakley.
