Today’s Monday’s Parent-A-Child features Miley, seeking a forever family.

Miley is a sweet and caring young lady. She loves to be creative and enjoys writing poetry, journaling, painting, and all kinds of crafts. Miley loves reading teen fantasy and romance novels. She was accepted into a national student leader conference with her school. She plays the drums in the band and performed in last year’s Christmas parade. Miley enjoys attending church and would love a family that is involved in church.

Susan Espiritu

Susan Espiritu is a lifelong Tennessean, born and raised in Fountain City with a short stint in Hawaii where she met her husband of now over 50 years, Charlie. Susan graduated in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee plus Master’s and Ed.S. degrees in Educational Leadership from University of Tennessee and Lincoln Memorial University, respectively. She taught in Knox County schools for over twenty years and served as principal of two KCS for a combined 16 years. After retirement, her love of writing led to a connection with Sandra Clark and KnoxTNToday evolving into a dream retirement of managing the online news in Clark’s semi-retirements. Susan cherishes time spent with husband Charlie, two daughters Maria & Kalea, and son Billy who have blessed her with nine grandchildren and one great grandson.
