Lamar seeks $$ for national parks

Last week, U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander toured Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park with Chief Ranger Todd Roeder. In his newsletter, Alexander said the men talked about the park’s $23 million maintenance backlog and his work with Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke to begin to eliminate the deferred maintenance backlog, which is $11.6 billion nationwide.
