Knox adds 10 new corrections officers

On April 30, 2024, The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division graduated its Correctional Officer Training Academy Class 191.

“We are honored these men and women chose the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to begin their law enforcement career. Now more than ever, we need dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in their communities to enter law enforcement. This group of hardworking, dedicated individuals has proven through the COTA class they have what it takes to not only make a difference in our community but the fortitude to succeed.

“Congratulations, class 191! I’m honored you’ve chosen the Knox County Sheriff’s Office as your home,” said Sheriff Tom Spangler in a statement.
