The Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum hosted a sell-out crowd of 200 at the 11th Hats in Bloom fundraiser on April 19, 2024, at the 44-acre showplace. Holly Hambright catered lunch and milliner Patricia Frankum filled a tent with unique and stunning hats, Moxley wrote, donating a portion of the sales proceeds to the non-profit.
