Three big Hardin Valley area events tonight:
HVA Rezoning: Hardin Valley Academy rezoning (southwest portion of current zone to Farragut High School) is the topic of a meeting from 6-7 p.m. at the Farragut High School library, 11237 Kingston Pike. School officials are seeking information on community interest.
Brad Anders, county commissioner from Hardin Valley and Karns, will kick off his campaign for Knox County mayor from 5-7 p.m. at the Expo Center on Clinton Highway. Everyone is invited.
Fire Hall Tour: Northwest Knox Business & Professional Association will meet at the Hardin Valley fire hall from 5-7 p.m. for fellowship and an introduction to the new $800,000 fire truck with 75-foot ladder.
Not sure what folks in other parts of town are doing today, but Hardin Valley has full plate.
