Garry Menendez, UT associate professor of plant science and a licensed landscape architect, has retired from UT. Menendez is shown here with “just a wee bit of banana pudding” from his retirement lunch prepared by Brad Collett, James Newburn and others. Menendez left with these words: “Thank you all! It’s been a glorious ride!”
