Colby Breeding, a friend of the young man who was shot and killed behind Rural King in Halls on Thursday, has established a GoFundMe account to support the victim’s family. Within 15 hours, almost 300 people had contributed. Breeding said the family has lost 3 of their 4 children recently. His account is here.
The Sheriff’s Office has not released the victim’s name at this point.
