It was a strong finish for April as far as real estate transfers are concerned. Knox County saw 377 property transfers that totaled $100.1 million. The transfer between AGC Realty LLC and Synergy Golf Group LLC was the largest transfer at $4.75 million for Gettysvue Polo Golf and Country Club. The second highest transfer was $3.75 million between Knoxwood Hills REO LLC and Knoxwood Holdings LLC for an apartment complex on Wimpole Avenue.

As for Deeds of Trust, 439 were recorded with a total of $95.9 million. The largest loan was between Synergy Golf Group LLC and Pinnacle Bank for $4.57 million for the Gettysvue property. A Trust Deed between Knoxwood Holdings LLC and Highlands Union Bank for $2.69 million was the second highest of the week.

As the school year comes to an end, I’d like to extend congratulations to all graduates but especially our own Anna Forderhase, who graduates from the University of Tennessee this weekend with a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology. We are so proud of Anna for her hard work and know that she will go far in life!
