Mona Napier, who works at the Powell Food City, spoke to the Powell Business & Professional Association this week, having been selected by drawing to give the club’s business spotlight. Powell store manager Todd Burnette also attended (and won the door prize).
Napier said Food City is a great place to work, both for full- and part-time employees. She works part-time after having retired as a human resources manager.
“Food City has some 15,000 employees and always is looking for additional people who want to work,” she said, announcing a company-side Job Fair on Wednesday, May 19.
Past president R. Larry Smith thanked Mona and Todd for Food City’s long-standing commitment to the Powell community.
