Food City Pharmacy has partnered with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services to offer free Covid-19 vaccinations to the general public. The free vaccines are available at Food City Pharmacy locations and will be administered following CDC and state guidelines.

With over 250 pharmacists, Food City has a network of pharmacists, all trained to administer vaccines. Flu shots are a part of their established service.

Customers interested in receiving a Covid-19 vaccination should contact their local Food City Pharmacy to schedule an appointment and visit here to print the required vaccine consent form, which must be completed prior to vaccination. For a complete list of Food City Pharmacy locations, visit foodcity.com.

Mask mandates have been relaxed. Effective Thursday, May 20, 2021, Food City associates who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as defined by the CDC will no longer be required to wear a face mask, unless required by state or local laws. Fully vaccinated associates will have a vaccination logo displayed on their name badge. Fully vaccinated customers are welcome to shop without their masks as well. You should continue to wear a mask if you have not been vaccinated or if you prefer to do so as a safety precaution. We will continue to encourage social distancing and provide hand sanitizer, cart wipes and enhanced cleaning procedures in all of our stores.

Food City has an extended sale this weekend with a ton of BOGO (buy one, get one free) items. The specials are good today (5/21) through Tuesday, May 25. Food City_5.21 Knox ROP
