I hope everyone had a good week. The Register’s office did: the first full week of April we recorded a total of 2,500 documents!

A total of 328 property sales took place last week with a value of $91.27 million. Of those transfers, seven were valued at over $1 million and four of the seven were commercial properties. The highest value commercial transfer was the property located at the corner of Hart Road and Northshore Drive in West Knoxville. SSLW LLC sold the property currently occupied by First Choice Automotive to SCF RC Funding IV LLC for $2.04 million.
