Personal relationships with customers make the difference in the highly competitive banking industry.
Manager Angela Harvey sets the pace for the Farragut branch of First Horizon Bank. “If the pandemic taught us anything, it strengthened our connection with customers,” she said. “We looked for ways to make things better.”

Harvey and her team even called customers to check on them – to make sure everything was OK. “Banks have similar products. At the end of the day, it’s about relationships.”
She is a member of the executive board of the Farragut West Knox Chamber, serving as treasurer. She is a member of the Concord Farragut Sertoma Club. Harvey, now a bank vice president, has worked for First Horizon for 29 years, 20 years as a manager. She came to the Farragut branch in 2011.
