Powell Church is collecting UMCOR cleaning buckets (estimated value $75) and hygiene kits ($12). Items needed and assembly instructions are linked above. Central UMC is hosting a six-week book study on Max Lucado’s “Anxious for Nothing: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World” facilitated by Sue Renfro. The Zoom study will be on Tuesdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m. from September 14 through October 19. RSVP to threads@knoxcentralumc.org.
