Downtown Hilton sells for nearly $34 million

The Knoxville Downtown Hilton sale topped the chart for the week of July 22-28.  The hotel was transferred from Knoxville Hotel XXV Owner LLC to RB Knoxville LLC for $33.56 million.

The other 245 property transfers totaled $97.8 million. Land on Strawberry Plains Pike across from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation building sold by Primos Land Company LLC to Estes Express Lines for $2.8 million topped the list.

381 lending transactions totaling $111.75 million were recorded last week, a significant increase from the previous week. The largest was a construction loan from US Bank National Association to ECG Pond Gap LP for $17.4 million. The property to be improved is on Hollywood Drive. The second largest was also a commercial loan from Argentic Real Estate Finance LLC to BRF II South Grove LLC for improvement of property on Mountain Grove Drive in South Knoxville.
