Big Kahuna Wings Festival is September 3

Susan EspirituDowntown, Our Town Neighbors

This year marks the 10th annual Big Kahuna Wings Festival. Kahuna in Hawaiian means “keeper of the secret” so when the you have 10,000 pounds of wings with a wing cooking competition and wings to sample with sauce recipes from all over the world, then you may discover that secret!

Join the fun on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at World’s Fair Park beginning at 1 p.m. for VIP ticket holders or 2 p.m. for general admission.

There will be music from 1-8:30 p.m. ending with fireworks at 9 p.m.

The entry ticket includes 15 complimentary sample wings from any of the competing teams during the event.

Other entertainment will be onsite for the whole family so bring everyone for a day of fun and remember the proceeds go to three great causes: East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley and food4VOLS.
