Looking Ahead
August brings First Friday Celebration to Art Market Gallery. Downtown Knoxville’s Art Market Gallery is welcoming August with a First Friday Reception showcasing the work of two featured East Tennessee artists.The reception will be held Friday, Aug. 7, from 5:30-9 p.m. at Art Market Gallery, 422 S. Gay St. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the featured artists, enjoy refreshments and browse original works created by members of the cooperative gallery. This month’s featured artists are Linda Sullivan, whose work focuses on ceramics, and Curtis Imerman, featuring painting and drawing.
