AFC Urgent Care/ Family Care will be hosting a grand opening celebration on Friday, October 25, 3-6 p.m. at 233 E Emory Road near FirstBank. Ribbon cutting is at 4 p.m.
AFC Urgent Care will be giving away swag, door prizes and free ice cream from NikNak’s Ice Cream.
Doors open Saturday, October 26, 8 a.m. to see patients.
This brand-new state-of-the-art location offers walk-in urgent care services to patients 6 months and older, seven days a week with no appointment needed. The facility is equipped with a digital X-ray, multiple patient rooms and a full procedure room for stitches, staples, labs, hydration IVs and more.
AFC offers molecular rapid covid, flu and strep testing, detecting the highest levels of sensitivity within 15 minutes.
AFC Urgent Care is independently owned and operated by David Kiger and his business partners, along with medical director Dr. Allan Moser.
The team at AFC Emory Road is looking forward to bringing the AFC level of care to the Halls and Powell communities.
