Knoxville Utilities Board has been recognized by the Arbor Day Foundation with the “Tree Line USA award” for the 18th consecutive year.
KUB earned the award by following best practices in utility arboriculture in the areas of quality tree care, annual worker training, tree planting and public education, according to a KUB press release.
The presentation was made earlier this month at Christenberry Elementary School.
