Wallace brings leadership and local perspective to Tennessee Realtors convention

Wallace Real Estate was once again well represented at the Tennessee REALTORS® Fall Convention, held September 21–24 in Memphis. The annual gathering brought together real estate professionals and association leaders for a week of learning, collaboration and connection within an organization serving more than 36,000 members statewide.

Representing Wallace were Sally Sparks, a past Tennessee REALTOR® of the Year; Mike Pappas, a former association board member and treasurer; Carli Whaley, who serves in Women’s Council of REALTORS® leadership; Andrew McGranaghan, Wallace CEO and first vice president of East Tennessee REALTORS®; and Will Roberts, principal broker of Wallace’s Lakeside office and a newly elected member of the East Tennessee REALTORS® Board of Directors.

The convention offered opportunities to explore timely industry topics, exchange ideas with colleagues, and strengthen relationships across Tennessee. For Wallace’s attendees, it was also an opportunity to bring an East Tennessee perspective to conversations about the profession’s future.

“Wallace has a long tradition of leadership and service at the local, state and national levels,” said Wallace CEO Andrew McGranaghan. “As East Tennessee’s No. 1 independent brokerage, we understand how important it is to advocate for our agents, our clients and our community.”

Their participation reflects Wallace’s ongoing commitment to education and industry service. Through association leadership and continued professional development, Wallace agents and brokers help strengthen the real estate community while bringing fresh knowledge and connections back to the buyers and sellers they serve.
