Tour de Lights – Immerse yourself in holiday joy with the fantastic, free and family-friendly holiday bike ride presented by Visit Knoxville and Bike Walk Knoxville! (The fun starts at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 9, at Mary Costa Plaza)
