Adventures with Missy Kane

Hat tip to fitness adventurer Missy Kane, who says:

“We’ve hiked, biked, paddled, discovered new places, socialized with fun folks and are having fun getting fit! Our monthly Fit and Fun Adventures sponsored by Mountain Commerce Bank are perfect for both new adventurers and seasoned outdoor enthusiasts. Come join us on our next adventure. Everyone is welcome! The adventures are free for Friends of Legacy Parks and $10 per event for non-friends.”

Non-friends? Nope. There are just friends and soon-to-be-friends.

Upcoming: I.C. King Park, Frday, Sept. 9. Let’s hike for exercise! We will break a sweat as we hike new trails with steady elevation gain and loop the fishing lake. Sign up.

Seven Islands Birding Hike, Friday, October 7. Expert birders will join us on a pleasant hike and we will learn about the variety of species that can be found at the park. Sign up.
