The Powell Station History Society will meet at 7 p.m. today, May 27 (Memorial Day), at the Powell Community Center. The theme for this month’s meeting is to identify Powell armed-services veterans.
If you are a Powell resident (or attended school in Powell) serving or who has served in the military, please let us know your name, which branch of the service you were in, your specialty and the dates you served. If you have photos you’d like to share, it would be great to scan these into our computer database as well.
Also, if you have ancestors who lived in Powell (or attended school in Powell) who served in the military, we would love to add them to our list.
