Paul Boyd Monger, 87, of Farragut, passed away March 19. Funeral services will be private. Survivors include his wife, Peggy, two daughters and a granddaughter.
Mr. Monger was a leader of the Knox County Democratic Party, once serving as county chair and a delegate to the national convention.
