And the winner is … Kiki!
The Girl Scouts’ Fall Product Mascot officially has a name after more than 250 voters weighed in on their favorite choice.
Kiki came out on top in the naming contest, with Kenzie finishing second, followed by Kit and Kennedy.
The adorable kangaroo is the face of this year’s Girl Scout Fall Product Program, which begins today. The program gives Girl Scouts an opportunity to build important skills while raising money to support their troop activities and Girl Scout experiences.
Through the Fall Product Program, Girl Scouts offer customers a selection of seasonal products, traditionally including nuts, candies and magazine subscriptions. Purchases help girls work toward their individual and troop goals while developing skills in goal setting, decision-making, money management, people skills and business ethics.
For friends, family members and community supporters, participating is an easy way to encourage a Girl Scout while picking up some fall treats or gifts.
So, if you know a Girl Scout, now is the time to ask her how you can participate in this year’s Fall Product Program.
And when you see that friendly kangaroo along the way, remember her new name: Kiki.
More than 250 voters helped choose it, and Kiki is ready to hop into a busy fall with the Girl Scouts.
