In real estate, experience matters. So does the willingness to share it. For Wallace Real Estate agent Robin Bingham, who also serves as a Back-up Broker at the Wallace Farragut Office, helping others learn and grow is a natural extension of the way she approaches her work.
Whether she is guiding clients through a transaction or helping other real estate professionals strengthen their skills, Bingham is known for bringing clarity, preparation, and a steady, service-minded approach to the table.
Robin’s commitment to leadership and education is on display every time she shares her knowledge as an instructor at the TRECS Real Estate School. Recently, Robin Bingham was joined by Wallace Real Estate CEO Andrew McGranaghan to teach New Agent Blueprint, a three-hour continuing education class for licensed agents at TRECS Real Estate School.
The course focuses on helping agents build the practical skills needed to successfully move transactions from contract to closing. “Real estate is learned through experience, mentorship, and having great people around you,” McGranaghan said. “Robin is the kind of professional who understands that, and she is generous with what she knows. She brings patience, professionalism, and practical insight to the people around her, and that makes a difference.”
Before becoming a REALTOR, Bingham built a professional foundation in tax accounting, where attention to detail, budgeting, organization, and careful planning were essential. Today, she brings that same thoughtful and strategic approach to real estate, helping clients navigate buying, selling, and investment property decisions with confidence.
Those skills also make her a valuable resource for others in the profession. Real estate transactions often involve many moving parts, from timelines and contract details to communication, problem-solving, and client care. Bingham understands that strong preparation and sound guidance can help agents serve their clients more effectively.
At Wallace Real Estate, that spirit of support and shared knowledge is part of the company’s culture. Agents are backed by experienced brokers, staff, and leadership who are willing to answer questions, help solve problems, and support agents as they work to do the right thing for their clients.
“Robin reflects so much of what makes Wallace special,” McGranaghan said. “She leads with professionalism, and she understands that when we help agents become better prepared, we are ultimately helping raise the standard of service for buyers and sellers across our community.”
