Bilva Patel has been named the recipient of the 2026 East Tennessee REALTORS Scholarship, a $2,500 award presented to support a local student as she begins the next chapter of her educational journey.

Patel is the sister of Wallace Real Estate agent Kush Patel, who is affiliated with the Wallace Bearden Office. She will be entering UT as a junior pre-med major, and what’s even more remarkable is that she is just 17 years old.  The scholarship was awarded by East Tennessee REALTORS following a competitive selection process. In its notification letter, the Association shared that the scholarship committee was impressed by Patel’s accomplishments, character, leadership, and future aspirations.

For Wallace Real Estate, the recognition is a meaningful connection to both the local REALTOR community and the importance of investing in young people across East Tennessee.

“We are so proud of Bilva and excited to celebrate this accomplishment with the Patel family,” said Beth Bradley, Principal Broker of the Wallace Bearden Office. “Education has such an important impact on the future of our community, and it’s wonderful to see East Tennessee REALTORS supporting students as they pursue their goals. Bilva’s leadership and hard work are clearly evident, and we look forward to seeing all she accomplishes.”

The East Tennessee REALTORS Scholarship is designed to recognize students who demonstrate strong character, leadership, and promise for the future.

Wallace Real Estate congratulates Bilva Patel on this well-deserved honor and wishes her continued success in her academic pursuits.
