We recorded a total of 1,611 new documents during the week ending June 19, 2026. Trust deeds financing land accounted for 299 instruments with a cumulative value of $188.31 million. Although this reflects more than 60 fewer transactions than the week prior, it captures right at $50 million more in value. In total, 19 mortgages were recorded with a value of $1 million or more. This is part of the reason for the uptick in value, as the week prior had only 11. The largest mortgage of the week was backed by Truist Bank at $46 million! We haven’t recorded a loan that big in a while. People Incorporated Financial Services funded the second-largest loan, valued at $13 million. WesBanco Bank Inc. recorded a $5 million trust deed. The other high-value mortgages are outlined below:

On the sales side of real estate, we recorded 215 warranty deeds worth an aggregate of $107.79 million. Compared with the prior week, this shows roughly 40 fewer transactions and $16 million in value. Seventeen properties had price tags of over $1 million, but only five were commercial transfers. That is four additional high-value transfers and one fewer commercial sale compared to the week before.
An undeveloped lot changed hands at the corner of Cedar Bluff and North Peters. ECG N Peters, LP is the new owner of the property next to McScrooge’s Liquor Store. Centennial Bank collected $3.95 million on the transaction.

Next, we will look at four separate transactions between two parties. What was formerly Pride & Joy Children’s Academy at the corner of Kingston Pike and Lyon’s view is the first parcel. That property is now the home of Rocky Top Academy Sequoyah Hills. Rocky Top Academy West Town, which is located at 110 Frontier House Road near Lovell Center, was the second transfer. The third property, Rocky Top Academy Farragut, is located at 11128 Kingston Pike near Concord Road. Lastly, Cozy Kids Academy is located at 3508 Maryville Pike at Tipton Station Road. EPRT Tennessee Properties, LLC is the new owner of each of these locations. West Street Capital Partners collected $1.67, $1.82, $1.82, and $3.95 million, respectively, on each transfer.
