Symphony fundraiser features food, wine and music

“Bistro by the Tracks” is moving to the former site of The Orangery in Bearden, and supporters of the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra got a preview of the site and the food offerings at “Evening by the Tracks” on Nov.

Food was by By the Tracks Catering and music was by the Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra. Cynthia Moxley was there for The Blue Streak and has an array of people and food. Find more here.

The main course was Chatel Farms American Wagyu strip steak with wood-grilled fall squash, charred Brussels sprouts, sunchokes, black garlic and red wine jus.
