It’s Cosmo’s moon

The moon was a ghostly galleon tossed upon cloudy seas – Alfred Noyes

The hills and ridges of East Tennessee can make getting that perfect moon shot as it breaks the horizon pretty much impossible without driving far afield. And last night’s biggest supermoon of the year (known as a buck or thunder moon) was no different. The lingering clouds made getting that crisp shot a challenge as well, but created dreamy moonscapes nonetheless. Eventually they cleared enough to get la bella luna in all her glory.
