Farmers markets ahead

Nourish Knoxville’s Winter Farmers Market will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, on Market Square in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Everything at the WFM is grown or made by vendors in the East Tennessee region. Products vary by the seasons and include produce, eggs, honey, herbs, pasture-raised meat, plants, bread, baked goods, salsas, coffee, artisan crafts and more. Info here.

Union County Farmers Market vendors and friends will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, at 115 Durham Dr., Maynardville. Vendors will vote for board members and on rules. The group will review opening dates and events for the upcoming season and give feedback on parking, setup and more. All are welcomed.

New Harvest Farmers Market will run April 14-September 29, 2022, from 3-6 p.m. on Thursdays. The county park is off Millertown Pike in northeast Knoxville.
