Rural Metro Fire and American Red Cross will install smoke detectors in Belmont West neighborhood off N. Cedar Bluff Road 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30. Rural Metro prevention officers will install the detectors, said Jeff Bagwell. Those in need of smoke detectors should call the Fire Prevention Bureau to schedule a time for installation.
