Last week was farm week at South Knox Elementary thanks to Boys and Girls Club. The members learned about the process of making butter, even making some butter themselves. So, try the same process the kids did and see if it works for you at home. They took a jar, marble, some heavy cream, then shook their jars into butter!
What a great experience for the students to see the science of the food they eat in their everyday meals!
