Kyle Marshall, 84 of Clinton and Powell, died Monday at his home. He retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 31 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Marshall, a member of the Powell High class of 1951, was a prominent football player for the Panthers. He later enjoyed reading, music and tennis.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway. Graveside services are planned for 10 a.m. Friday at Greenwood Cemetery with Tony Ottinger officiating. Pallbearers are Ottinger, C.J. Hall, Steve Banks, Doug Graves, Joe Henderson, Mike Davis, Keith Harrison and Jason McLean. Honorary pallbearers are Dave Rivera and members of Silver Sneakers Fitness Club and West Hills Tennis Club.
