The annual Halls Community Prayer Breakfast will be Friday, April 7, at 7:30 a.m. at Beaver Dam Baptist Church. It is sponsored by the Halls Business & Professional Association and tickets are $20 in advance or at the door.

Penny Sparks, Halls resident and author, will speak. Sparks is wife and widow, mother to three sons and intentional follower of Christ who unexpectedly found herself a widow after 26 years of marriage. She took to social media to answer the question, “How are you doing?” and this evolved into an every-Saturday-morning post.
Four levels of sponsorship are available, ranging from $100 to $500.
