Antelope Canyon
A few stories ago, I introduced you to my friend Angela Childers as the ultimate concert goer who never misses a concert and has a bucket list of artists she plans to attend. In addition to concerts, she keeps a bucket list of national parks to tour as well. Her son, Cameron, lives in Denver, Colorado, and since all the family loves hiking, they try to take a summer trip together visiting national parks.
Horseshoe Bend
This summer included a trip to Utah, the home to five impressive national parks, often referred to as the Mighty 5. The Childers family team knocked out all five parks: Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef and Zion National Park. Angela said, “Day 2 of the road trip was the day I looked forward to the most. Antelope Canyon has been at the top of my bucket list.” They toured it, and then Horseshoe Bend which was obviously an amazing day for all as were the rest of the days they spent in the parks.
Knox the Fox has fun to vicariously check off Angela’s bucket list with her and looks forward to see what other categories of adventures she can take us on.
