Ideas Week kicks off for Advance Knox

Rylie McClurgOur Town Outdoors

Advance Knox round one of public engagement is underway this week. We’ve had a good turnout so far, and we love all the feedback we are receiving.

This round is called Ideas Week because it is all about us collecting your ideas. Ideas Week is open house style engagement. We have four stations to visit, each with a different topic.

  • Treasures – What do you treasure most about Knox County today?
  • Transportation – Where do you see need regarding safety, congestion and other transportation?
  • Places – What places could make Knox County better in the future? What areas need to be improved? What areas need to be protected and preserved?
  • Other – What else should we consider?

If you missed Sunday or Monday’s Open House, we still have more today and tomorrow. Find a time to join us that works for you! We love to hear your ideas!
