Donna Poling’s 8th grade students planned and presented a Veterans Day program at Halls Middle School Nov. 10. Assembled students viewed a slideshow with photos of veterans who are family members of Halls Middle School students, faculty and staff. The school’s small band group and ensemble performed, and students heard from several guest speakers. All visitors received a patriotic kindness rock at the end of the program.
