Farragut seeks ideas for town center

As part of an effort to collect public input on how property in Farragut’s Town Center should develop and what new infrastructure is needed, the town of Farragut invites the community to complete a survey.

Share your feedback by visiting the town’s engagement site, EngageFarragut.org. To participate, scroll down to Featured Projects and choose “Mixed Use Town Center Input.” First-time users will need to create an account by entering a name and email address. Once you are on the project page, you can read more about the public input process. The survey is at the bottom of the page.

Collected data will be used to update Farragut’s land use map, which guides decisions that influence how property develops.

Tunnell-Spangler & Associates (TSW) was hired to develop a vision plan for this area and provide other updates to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. TSW also collected input via two public meetings on Aug. 31 at the Farragut Community Center.

Wendy Smith is PR and marketing coordinator for the town of Farragut.
