Michele Burns has been named property manager for NAI Koella | RM Moore commercial real estate firm. Roger Moore, company president and principal broker, said bringing a seasoned veteran like Burns on board “strengthens our team and will benefit our clients.” Burns has worked in Alabama (13 years) and Michigan (7 years) and has managed assets ranging from $1- to $50-million.

Healthy aging is the topic of a noon-2 p.m. “Lunch and Learn” set for Monday, April 19, at the Farragut Community Center, 239 Jamestowne Blvd. Instructor Melanie Cahill of Care Around the Block will discuss what you can do to make your brain more resistant to cognitive decline. (Don’t forget to bring your lunch.) The event is free but preregistration is required here or by phone at 218-3375.

Knox County Senior Centers will re-open at their regularly scheduled hours beginning Monday, April 5, though programming will be limited by Covid-19 restrictions. Activities will include classes, arts and crafts groups, trivia and book clubs. Computer labs and equipment in fitness rooms will be available. Exercise classes will resume as instructors become available. Virtual programs will continue.
