Zoo Knoxville needs some help from its loyal fans. The zoo is currently in a contest sponsored by USAToday for the 10 Best Zoo Exhibits in the country.
The Boyd Family Asian Trek is currently sitting in 7th place out of 19. Surely the residents of the Scruffy City can bump that up a multitude of notches. This beloved exhibit is home to Malayan tigers, white-naped cranes, silvered leaf langurs and white-handed gibbons. Guests can observe these species while climbing a multi-level tree house or walking across a swinging suspension bridge.
