Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, Realtors is adding a seventh location. The Lakeside Office, opening January 2018, will be located on Northshore Drive in the Lakeside Village Center. It will be headed by principal broker Adam Brown, who has been an agent with Wallace & Wallace in Bearden since 2012. Brown was in banking management prior to entering real estate.
CFO Jim Wallace said the Northshore area has seen exponential development in recent years. “Considering the growth taking place in this part of town, plus key demographic factors within a nearby radius, this was a natural choice for the newest Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace office location.”
COO George Wallace stressed the company’s “forward thinking, commitment to excellence and continued efforts to challenge ourselves.” He added: “When you are committed for the long haul and believe in the mission of your work, there’s no stopping the momentum.”
