What to do when you sprain your ankle? More specifically, what do you do when your daughter sprains her ankle?

That was the question one local mom had recently at her daughter’s championship basketball game. “Her dad was in a wheelchair and my other daughter was on crutches already. …. I panicked; it was a Saturday!”

Wanting to stay out of the hospital and ER because of COVID-19, her friend came up with the solution: Tennessee Orthopedic Clinics, Quick Care Clinic.

“When we came in, the facility was gorgeous. Ashley, who took care of my daughter, knew exactly what to do for her ankle.”

TOC’s Quick Care Ortho provides orthopedic urgent care when it’s convenient or rather, whenever those inconvenient injuries arise. Quick Care is available at Parkwest, Sevierville and on Bearden Hill.

Quick Care ortho specializes in treating acute injuries, such as sprains, strains or fractures that can happen anytime. When these injuries happen it’s important to seek treatment from an orthopedic professional and get the correct diagnosis and medical care immediately.

With Quick Care you can walk in (or request an appointment online) then receive diagnosis and treatment provided by orthopedic specialists as well as X-rays and splinting/bracing. They also provide help with chronic issues including knee, shoulder, back and hip pain as well as steroid injections for the older folks.

As for the mom and her daughter, she got her cast off in February. She’ll be getting back into basketball next season.
