For 26 years, teenagers from the greater Knoxville area have assembled along with hundreds of other young people from across the country for the annual Youth Congress sponsored by The Crown College, 2307 W. Beaver Creek Drive. A “congress” is a representative body that meets to take action. The Youth Congress meets each year on the week of July 4th to take action that will make a difference in our communities and in our country.

This year’s theme, “Authority of Scripture,” promises to provide sessions that will help youth discover truthful answers to life’s most challenging questions and to the issues they face in today’s world.

Youth Congress includes exciting activities at Mt. Moriah Christian Camp, Dollywood and Main Event Entertainment. It also includes life-changing delegate sessions and the opportunity to participate in a 400-voice youth choir and orchestra. The congress climaxes on Friday night, July 5, with a community watermelon feast and spectacular fireworks show presented by world-famous PyroShows.
