Perry family moves into Bob Temple’s House of Hope

Volunteers from Corryton Church, Knoxville Habitat for Humanity and other supporters gathered with new homeowner Shannon Perry and her family to celebrate completion of Bob Temple’s “House of Hope” on June 24.

The home was built with proceeds raised from the 2016 HopeBuilders Breakfast that recognized Temple, a longtime Knoxville Habitat volunteer and “The Original HopeBuilder.”

The majority of volunteers that helped Perry build her home were from Corryton Church, which is also where Perry and her family attend.
