The Halls High School Class of 1967 meets several times throughout the year for dinner and fellowship, but that’s not all they do. The class takes on charitable projects that will help the community.
This year, the class gave four food baskets to families in need at Thanksgiving and supplied 20 Buddy Packs for children at Copper Ridge Elementary School who may not have food at home when schools isn’t in session.
At their Christmas party, the class donated teddy bears for Knoxville Police Department to give to children in traumatic situations. Officers can keep the stuffed animals in their cruisers in cast there is a need.
