Britany Boatwright leads The Boatwright Group, making it both a woman-owned and minority-owned small business. She is the wife of Master Sgt. Aaron Johnson of the U.S. Air Force and mom to an energetic baby boy. She came to Knoxville as a first-generation college student in 2008, earning a degree in marketing and psychology from The University of Tennessee.

Her various jobs have helped make her a “rock star real estate agent,” according to the firm’s website. She has been a program instructor with the Americorps Just Lead Foundation and both an office manager and life insurance specialist with State Farm. Since July 2017, Britany has helped over 400 clients buy, sell or invest in real estate.

previous sales job and has earned real-life experience in customer satisfaction and what it means
to serve clients first hand as well as leadership skills that make her uniquely suited to serve real
estate buyers and sellers. She enjoys helping clients buy and sell homes while making them knowledgeable about their own real estate transactions and growing those relationships daily. Mariah Shelton joined The Boatwright Group in August. Her favorite thing about real estate is that it is what you make it, she says. “If you want to be a millionaire, you can be one. I also love that I get to meet new people every day and aid them through one of the biggest financial decisions they can make. Plus, who doesn’t love seeing all the beautiful homes that Knoxville has to offer!”

Mariah and her husband, Chad, have three daughters. She is a runner of 14 years who most enjoys half marathons.
