Gather the family, put on some costumes and mark for your calendar for Saturday, Oct. 30. The BOO-Fest at Fountain City Park runs from 3-8 p.m. There will be food and craft vendors and trick or treating for the kids. Knox TN Today is sponsoring the evening’s concert, with local band Ducktown Mission taking the stage at 5 p.m. The event is a fund-raiser for the Fountain City Lions Club, and is organized by the club along with the Fountain City Business and Professional Association, Fountain City Forward and Knox TN Today. Food truck space is $75 and vendor space is $50. Anyone interested in a spot please email penny@pennysue.com. Rain date is scheduled for November 6.
