Sharon Laing, principal broker for Keller Williams Greater Knoxville, has announced two key strategic positions for the Keller Williams Smoky Mountains office in Sevierville.
Matt Berger is now the principal broker of Keller Williams Smoky Mountains. He earned a degree in psychology from Tennessee Technological University. He entered real estate in 2012 and came to Keller Williams in 2020. He has served as the coach of the Smoky Mountains office, helping agents gain knowledge, experience and skills to grow their businesses.
Kim Shinlever has been named director of community outreach. She will be representing Keller Williams locally, attending community and business events and building strategical partnerships and alliances with area leaders and organizations. A real estate professional for 28 years, Shinlever has served as the broker of the office since its opening.
