‘Janet’s Planet’ to visit UT Arboretum

Want to learn about the solar eclipse before it happens? Then come to the UT Arboretum to hear “A Day in the Dark! Solar Eclipse 2017!” presented by award-winning PBS science educator Janet Ivey. Syndicated on 140 public television stations throughout the United States, “Janet’s Planet” has received 12 regional Emmys and five Gracie Allen awards.

Sponsored by the UT Arboretum Society, this family-friendly program for all ages will be held at the UT Arboretum auditorium 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 901 S. Illinois Avenue in Oak Ridge.
